What’s in a 30 day challenge? Some of y’all may have heard of Sober October – a challenge to not drink alcohol for the month of October. A lot of people also participate in Dry January (same concept, different month). I started thinking about these types of challenges, the motivation behind them, and why they work. I am admittedly a little bit of a goal-setting junkie. I love a good project plan and seeing a project come to life as I check each item off the to-do list.
